PUBLIC OPEN SESSIONS
Yoga open to all abilities, every Monday evening.
Just drop in.
An exercise class suitable for all women, but specifically designed for older women or women who would feel more comfortable exercising whilst sitting down.
Every Tuesday from 1-2pm.
First class free and £1 per session thereafter.
A club for any international women in association with the University of Sheffield (Except undergraduates).

A girls group during term time. Activities such as cooking, arts and crafts and drama.
Lee style T’ai Chi for health, flexibility and body awareness.

For boys in the area, run by the Unity Gym Project.
A space for Spanish speaking families to socialise, with classes for children to develop their Spanish language skills.
Please note that this is not a place to learn Spanish from scratch, but rather a space for Spanish speaking families and their children to develop their language skills.
